Petal Salon is really unlike any other salon I have ever been to. It is incredibly beautiful, inviting and clean. I have Had hair and make up services done by Amanda and Robyn before on multiple occasions And I am always satisfied. These ladies really deliver an excellent customer experience and provide a first class salon experience. I would highly recommend Petal Salon and Robyn and Amanda in particular to anyone looking for hair or make up services. Pedal also has a full nail salon, which I really look forward to getting pampered at soon.

Super cutesy, newly opened salon in the city! I'd been following the status of the opening and wanted to visit. Luckily, my nail tech of four years texted me soon after and told me she would be working there-- I was too excited! Tried to schedule an appointment and was having a bit of trouble, customer service A++. I was able to successfully schedule + secure my appointment. The salon is gorgeous! Pink, pink, pink. Perfect atmosphere and great location on the corner of Magazine + Melpomene. Complementary drinks + snacks. Friendly people-- a whole vibe!

Petal is THAT girl. She’s a one stop shop for all your beauty needs… from hair, make up, lashes to nails. I always have an amazing experience every time I come in. The staff are very welcoming and friendly. I love the atmosphere and how I can just come here to be and feel like a girl. The owner Amanda is by far the most fabulous person I’ve ever met. She’s so sweet I love her 😍…. But let’s get to the nails honey. NITA IS AMAZING!!!! I’ve been letting her do my nails for years. You can tell she is a craftsman of her work. Her attention to detail is perfection. She consistently does a beautiful job at my nails. I get acrylic nails and they turn out even better than I imagine each time. What I appreciated most is how gentle and professional she is. No rushing, no harsh filing — just quality care. I always leave feeling so pampered and satisfied of how my nails look. If you’re looking for a cute salon with a welcoming staff, Petal is your girl. 💅🏽

I chose Robyn to do my hair and makeup for my engagement shoot and wedding. It was an easy decision because of her beautiful spirit and natural talent. I was very new to makeup so I appreciated the fact that she educated me along the way too! I received so many compliments and truly never felt more beautiful. I can’t wait to hire her again for another special day in the future!

I was recently in a wedding where the bride used Petal Salon’s bridal services - absolutely stellar! The Petal team was very professional and the ladies were incredibly nice and helpful. Plus the makeup and hair for everyone came out amazing! Would definitely recommend for wedding and bridal party makeup, or just to go feel pampered for the day. They offer so much!

I'm not a salon girlie, always been apprehensive towards them because I'm so attached to my hair and very cautious of who cares for it beyond me. Petal Salon, especially my stylist Zepporah, was a 10/10 experience! The place has an amazing atmosphere (I love all the pink), it was calm and organized. The timeliness of my service was so efficient without me feeling like I was being rushed out the chair. I was offered complimentary snacks during my service and champagne after my service as I waited to be picked up. Im beyond happy and can't wait to come back!

Robyn is truly one of a kind—her talent, energy, and presence made our wedding morning unforgettable in the best way. She did makeup for me, five others (with a wide range of complexions, skin types, and ages), and made every single one of us feel confident and beautiful. She even styled our flower girl’s hair, and it held up perfectly all day in the New Orleans humidity! Our flower girl was obsessed with the hair style all day. Beyond her incredible skill, Robyn has the most genuinely kind and calming presence. You can feel the good vibes from her the moment she walks in. She kept the entire getting-ready process calm, fun, and stress-free while also making us look and feel gorgeous. Our hair and makeup lasted from 9 AM until well after 2 AM without a single touch-up needed. Robyn is simply unmatched in both talent and spirit. I couldn’t recommend her more!

I stumbled across Petal Salon while doing research for my engagement pictures and was so blown out of the water with how well that turned out that I knew I had to book them for my rehearsal dinner & wedding. Amanda and her team nailed all of my visions to an absolute T. I am a very particular person and I can't even pick one thing I would've changed about anything. I can honestly say I have never felt so beautiful in my entire life. Even my pickiest bridesmaids were OBSESSED with their glam. Everyone looked drop dead gorgeous. I have been in a lot of weddings and have never experienced a glam squad that is so top tier. The only sad part for me is that I am not local to New Orleans so I can't use them more often, but I will absolutely be making an appointment every time I visit in the future.

Petal Salon is so wonderful and peaceful! I’m always greeted with a warm welcome by everybody. My nail tech is Nita and she can do anything but I’m particularly fond of how even & neat she is with dip powder!!!! She’s very meticulous in her work and it shows. I leave happy ALWAYS!!! Don’t sleep on Petal Salon!!!

I love Petal salon!! I have been coming here for about a year and a half and have gotten multiple services (hair, makeup, nails) and I am always very pleased. The girls are all so extremely kind and welcoming. Today I came in to get dip on my nails by Nita- she does my nails exactly how I love them. She pays attention to detail and makes them look very natural no matter if i get them short or go a little longer. I am also diabetic so to me it is very important to feel safe and clean while getting pedicures since that is a concern for most diabetics and here I have ZERO concerns. The owner Amanda is also so sweet and attentive. 10/10 recommended this salon to anyone looking to get pampered and feel pretty.
